Questions
Before you sign up
Is this the same as Google?
No. Google answers searches. Miami Magic is the guide people open to plan their day: beaches, concerts, restaurants and a map, in English and Spanish. Your listing appears along that route.
Do I have to upload photos?
No. Give us your website or Instagram and, with your permission, we pick the best images and build the listing for you, in both languages.
When will my listing go live?
Usually within 48 hours of filling out the form. If we need a detail, we'll write to you.
When am I charged?
Nothing during the first 30 days. On day 31 you're charged for the plan you chose, $9.99 a month or $99 a year, plus applicable tax.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. If you cancel during the 30 free days, you're not charged anything. Enter your subscription portal with the email you used to pay: billing.stripe.com. There you can cancel, change your card or download your invoices. If you prefer, write to yyentertainment@outlook.com.
What is the Founders plan?
The first 20 businesses to subscribe carry the Founding member badge and keep their price for life, even if it goes up for new businesses. It applies to both the monthly and the yearly plan.
Do I need to buy a photo package?
No. The packages are an optional one-time service. The membership already includes building your listing with photos from your website or Instagram.
Can I change my listing later?
Yes. Write to us and we'll update it: new photos, hours, links or a new property.
